What is the IFC Employer Portal?
Until now, workplace training on IFC Training Hub worked one learner at a time. An employee bought a course, completed it, and downloaded a certificate. That works for individuals. It does not work for a safety manager who needs 40 people through Fire Safety training before an audit.
The Employer Portal solves that. Your organisation buys the number of seats you need. A nominated manager then logs in and runs everything from one screen: adding staff, assigning courses, watching progress, and exporting the records your auditor asks for.
How much does corporate training cost?
Seats cost €20 each. Buy 10 or more and you get 10% off automatically — no coupon code, no negotiation.

There are no annual subscription fees and no licence fees. You buy seats when you need them. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no minimum contract.
Does it include an employer dashboard?
Yes. Your nominated manager gets a private dashboard showing, for every employee:
- Which courses they have been assigned and when
- Percentage progress through each course
- Best assessment score
- Completion date
- Whether a certificate has been issued
Managers see only their own organisation’s staff. They never see other companies’ data, and they have no access to the wider site administration.
Are certificates included?
Yes. Every learner who completes a course receives a certificate at no extra cost. Certificates are included in the seat price and appear in your dashboard as soon as they are issued.
Can I export training records for compliance?
Yes — this is the part most safety managers ask about first. One click downloads a CSV containing one row per employee per course, with:
- Employee name and email
- Course title
- Enrolment date
- Progress percentage
- Best assessment score
- Completion date
- Certificate status and issue date
It opens directly in Excel. Hand it to an auditor, attach it to a tender response, or keep it on file for your safety statement.

How does it work, step by step?
- Buy your seats. Choose how many employees you need to train and pay securely by card. The volume discount is applied automatically at 10 seats or more.
- Get your dashboard. Your organisation is created automatically and you become its manager.
- Invite your staff. Enter each employee’s name and work email. They receive an email to set their own password.
- Assign courses. Pick a course from the dropdown beside each employee and click Assign.
- Track progress. Watch completion percentages and assessment scores update as your team works through the material.
- Export your records. Click “Download training records” whenever you need evidence.

30 seats cost €600 at list price, reduced to €540 with the 10% volume discount — €18 per employee, certificates included.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy a single seat or several hundred. The 10% discount begins at 10 seats.
Do unused seats expire?
No. Seats stay on your account until you assign them to an employee.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Remove them from your organisation in the dashboard. Their training history is retained, so your compliance records stay intact.
Can more than one person manage our account?

Do you invoice, or is it card only?
